Sanjay Puri Architects based in Mumbai, India are responsible for a fifteen storey residential building in Ranchi, India which features uniquely shaped private outdoor spaces for each apartment.
The architects explain that most of the building’s inhabitants have been accustomed to living in individual houses with private gardens and open spaces and as a consequence, they designed the building in order that each apartment, which occupies an entire floor, has access to multiple balconies which afford privacy with double height ceiling spaces.
