Time for Luxon to Pick a Lane: One Law, One Country, One PM
Kia ora.
If you're not pissed off by those polls, check again. The crew that blew our surpluses, locked us down, and drove prices through the roof? Labour. Yet somehow, they're now trusted more than Luxon on money. What the hell?
Look, National didn't win eighteen months ago because Kiwis wanted cuddles. We wanted brakes slammed on the race-based carve-outs. Instead Luxon keeps promising balance, while the economy shrinks and voters bail. Here's what needs to happen: one clear announcement from the Beehive – Crown-Māori Relations is gone. No more middlemen funnelling your taxes straight into activist pockets. Say it proud. Then, bury the Waitangi Tribunal – not out of hate, out of logic.

Seventy-five years on, it's not justice, it's gridlock. Projects stalled, dollars drained, resentment building – and for what? A veto card for one ethnicity? That's not equality. That's just the old game rebranded. And every time Luxon nods along – co-governance, separate health, separate rights – he looks smaller. Voters see it. The caucus sees it. Even ex PM English is out there like, just wait it'll get better, while the floor drops out beneath them.
Bishop? Sure, he looks sharper, steadier. But swapping leaders won't fix the disease. Only surgery will. So here's the script: stand up, scrap the special lanes, and start treating every taxpayer the same. Not because it's easy – because it's right. And if Luxon can't say that out loud? Hand the mic to someone who can. Clock's ticking. What say you?
