California property developer Bruce Makowsky specialises in ultra luxury residences and he has put his latest project located at 924 Bel Air Road on the market at US$250 million.

The deal includes more than just a home, he is selling a lifestyle and the buyer will have access to a full-time, seven person staff for two years, a US$30 million car collection and all of the artwork, wine, furnishings and extras.

The property comprises 3530 square meters over four floors with two commercial elevators lined in alligator skin. Twelve bedrooms, twenty one bathrooms, three kitchens, six bars, a massage and spa room, a gym and a bowling alley. Two wine and champagne cellars, a twenty six meter infinity pool, a fourty person home theatre equipped with 4K Dolby Atmos Theater gear and a 5.5 m x 3.7 m retractable outdoor television screen. The price also includes a US$30 million car collection, all artworks including one hundred and thirty art installations, a wine and champagne collection, helicopter and boat.

The most expensive home ever previously sold globally is believed to be a US$221 million penthouse in London.
