This project is referred to as Casa Vallarta and was designed by the EF+CG design team including Ezequiel Farca, Fernanda de la Mora, Alejandra Díaz de León and Cristina Grappin and covers an impressive 3,000 sq.m.

The two principals of EF+CG

Construction was completed in 2014 in case you may be wondering about the lush vegetation adorning the structure.

Located in the marina of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico with a stunning view of the Pacific. The design had close regard for the extraordinary location and the family’s requirement for privacy as well as a desire to connect with the ocean and surrounding environment.

The building is split into two floor levels in order not to impose on the beach front aspect.

The first floor contains living areas and the second floor comprises bedrooms etc.

The home includes a fitness centre, a home theatre, two Jacuzzis, a terrace with a swimming pool, a fire pit, eight bedrooms and numerous multi-functional gathering spaces. Every room has floor to ceiling windows which open on to individual terraces.
