An impressive penthouse located within a historic operating clock tower and delivering 360 degrees of views of New York including the Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge and the One World Trade Center, is on the market for US$35 million (ongoing monthly property costs are US$9,000).

The penthouse is described by the real estate agent as ā€œintimate ambience on a grand scale.ā€ The building was constructed in 1909 and previous owners of the apartment have included Steffi Graf and fashion designer Calvin Klein.
