All two hundred and twenty guest rooms (make that shipping containers) were completed off-site and include interior furniture, fixtures and fittings, carpets, curtains, wallpaper and floor-to-ceiling windows. The first one hundred and twenty five modules were installed on a prepared podium structure in less than one month. Each container has a vapour control layer and a pre-finished rain-screen cladding to make them watertight.
